We buy lots of products to complement our product offering. These products could be integrated in our systems or distributed by us acting as a Value-added Reseller (VAR).

We invest in or buy companies from the US and Europe. These companies usually have valuable technical asset or market resource, brand name or distribution capability for example, and for some reason they are either for sale or need to divest.
